SHOPPING ADDICTS
Shopping is a hobby
Shopping is one of our favorite hobbies.
Many people in the US like going to a shopping
mall on
a Saturday afternoon to buy clothing or gifts. Technology
lovers enjoy looking at laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
What to do and what
not to do for shopping addicts (When
shopping becomes a problem) But, for
some people, shopping is more than a hobby: it's an addiction that has bad consequences. People who have a shopping
addiction buy things that they don't need. Some shopping addicts like buying certain
items such as things for the kitchen
or shoes. Others
spend their money on different
things.
Shopping
addicts need to see a psychologist (What
to do and what not to do for shopping addicts)
Psychologists say that many people are shopping addicts
because when they buy something, they feel good about
it, and they want to feel good again.
Experts have this advice
for shopping addicts: don't have any credit cards, don't go shopping by
yourself, write a shopping list, and only
buy what is on the list. Finally, find other ways to spend time, like going for
a walk or exercising.
